Program Overview

Learn the format and outline for delivering material as a speaker or a facilitator to maximize your effectiveness and reach as a presenter.  In this session, participants will discover the differences between the two engagements.

As a speaker you are sharing information with an audience and you are controlling the message. As a facilitator you are guiding a process so the audience acquires knowledge and insight through their own journey of exploration. In this session, participants will discover the differences between the two engagements. A format and template will be provided for both types of events that will help with both development and delivery of material. Type of interactive activities will also be explored so you can WOW the audience every time.

  • Skills needed for effective facilitation.
  • The model for a presentation format and how to develop and deliver from an effective outline.
  • How to engage the audience and apply three strategies to make the content come alive.
  • How to use which structure based on learning outcomes for the event.
