Program Overview
There are various generations that are contributing to today’s workplace. In addition, employees are dealing with gender and cultural differences as well. Working side-by-side, there is frustration, misunderstandings, conflict, and tension among these groups. Participants will learn communication strategies for connecting with all individuals who may have a different perspective or approach in life.
