When the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions start to run strong, casual conversations become crucial. Whether addressing an issue with a poor performing employee or telling a customer prices are going up, we all have experienced difficult situations that require difficult conversations.

Participants Will Learn

  • How to break down a situation using the Three “R’s”
  • How to do the five steps: determine motive, identify trust barriers, exercise emotional intelligence, and create a healthy path towards resolution
  • How to manage upward and maintain a healthy dialogue with superiors
