Program Overview
The way we communicate is directly tied to how effective outcomes will be. In this two-hour session, participants will learn the art of effectively communicating a message by understanding how situations are viewed and received.
By learning about their communication skill proficiency in seven key areas and developing an action plan for growth, each person will have relevant strategies to go back and implement at work.
Research shows that there are seven factors that contribute to good or bad communication. Individuals will take a self-scoring questionnaire that will help them clarify their natural tendencies and identify strategies for improving in each competency to get better results.
