Program Overview

What causes individuals to react and respond to events? Getting people to comply with requests and persuading others are complex and difficult tasks. This workshop will help individuals better understand themselves and others to determine best strategies to positively influence outcomes.

Participants will receive an influencing assessment that will help them understand the four different personal styles of persuasion and learn about interactive approaches to get a desired response.

Participants Will Learn

  • About different reactions and responses to events.
  • About the four different communication styles of persuasion and how to use each approach effectively.
  • The six weapons to trigger a desired response.
