Instructional Design Services
- Creation of in-house Training Programs. This includes the development of content, PPT deck, participant workbooks, and facilitators guide that you will own. If a variety of in-house staff will be providing the facilitation, a train-the-trainer session can also be provided to ensure this staff will have effective delivery skills and mastery of the content.
Performance Management Systems
- Development of Human Resources performance tools. This includes assistance with developing an annual performance management process with forms, creation of job descriptions, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), and developing balanced scorecards.
