Program Overview
How do learning styles affect the way one communicates? Participants will each receive a Learning Style Questionnaire that will help them understand people’s general preferences and where natural learning “biases” might occur.
Participants Will Learn
- How an individual prefers to focus or concentrate on new information.
- How an individual manages their own method for translating what they see, hear, or sense in their learning environment.
- Which channels individuals are most likely to use in relating what is taught to their existing shared knowledge.
- How individuals are likely to synthesize the information.
