Change Management
A key competency for all practitioners is their ability to anticipate, react and respond to change. Individuals will understand their tendencies toward change by taking a change management profile that will reveal their tendencies in seven key areas. Strategies will be explored to help individuals transition effectively through all of life’s challenges.
