Program Overview

Participants will learn techniques on how to identify barriers of performance, how to approach problematic situations, how to discuss issues with employees proactively, and how to get employees to grow. A personalized development plan and tools for improvement will be provided for each individual.

Participants Will Learn

  • When to coach and when to counsel employees to improve behaviors.
  • About the competencies required for each and evaluate strengths in each area.
  • A process to communicate effectively during sessions to get employee buy-in.
  • How to conduct appropriate sessions that enable an employee to G.R.O.W.
