Program Overview
One of the most challenging issues for organizations is having employees who are disengaged. When we have checked out employees, turnover is high, morale is low, and there is a drain on the entire system.
Actions and root causes of difficult employees will be discussed and steps provided for having difficult conversations. A customized engagement model will be created by each participant to take back to their workplace.
